Young Fashion

Some of you know that when I started my etsy store it was made up of children's clothes. I really love children's fashion. Not that I want to dress kid up in such a way that they feel stuffy and uncomfortable. In fact just the opposite; I think the most important things are that the child LIKES what they are wearing and its comfy to play in. When I was little, my favorite thing was my lavender sweatshirt with my name quilted on it in floral letters. wow, wish i still had that.

When I was in texas, my best friend's daughter, Adara, walked out in this little black floral romper with smocking on the chest and a striped grandpa cardigan. she lookd so comfy, happy and adorable. I just had to snap a few shots. Plus, her hair is spun gold!

totally fashion relevant, rompers are so in right now! :)

Hey! what was your favorite thing to wear when you were little? i really want to know!

thanks for reading,

This little outfit is so cute!!!!! I didn't have rompers when I was little but I did have a cute baby doll with bloomers that I wore that I loved and wish I had photos of because it was so cute!

  3. My favorite thing in the world was a maroon sweatshirt that I got as a hand-me-down from my older cousin, Brad. I adored Brad and so I adored that sweatshirt.

  4. I was all about pink frilly dresses and black patent leather mary janes, but that still didn't stop me from climbing trees, creek walking and playing in the mud. Why not have the best of both worlds? :)

  5. Cutest model ever!

My favorite thing to wear, which I can't believe I don't still have, was a pair of overalls my mom had embroidered all over with Mickey Mouse, pencils in the pocket, etc. When I was a bit older, I remember loving some disco era hand-me-downs from older cousins.

  6. Haha. That is so cute! Gosh, when I was that age, I really can't recall. A lot of hand me downs that's for sure. Perhaps that's where I get my love of thrifting?
